Vareon is not a client: we created this CONCEPT project to show our method on a WordPress platform for new-build real estate: a catalog of residences and professional spaces on WordPress and WooCommerce, multi-criteria property search, browsing of available units and online apartment reservation.
The WordPress architecture is fully customized. A dedicated content type replaces standard content to manage units: surface area, floor, orientation, price grid and PDF technical sheets. The back office is designed so a property developer can update apartment availability or add a new development from the dashboard, with no technical intervention.
A search engine, present from the homepage, refines the selection by property type, budget and location. The journey also includes an investor area with purchase simulators, a project gallery and a brochure request form. As a CONCEPT project, Vareon has no real sales or construction sites: it shows how we would build this kind of platform for a real property developer.
